Suggest Treatment For Cluster Headaches And Pain

I have had a pressure, cluster headache, past 3 days. Pain is made worse by coughing, bending over, and just moving my head. I have fullness and pain bilaterally in the neck - almost like what a muscle strain would feel like or whiplash - that is made worse by movement. No recent trauma. History of muscle tension, cluster, chronic, and migraine headaches. Unrelieved by rest, by ibuprofen (800 mg), or by hydration. BP is not elevated and is controlled with clonidine (.2 mg BID). Strangely, yesterday and the previous day I experienced hypoglycemia despite my diabetes being normally controlled. So, my question is this: should I seek medical assistance ASAP or can it wait until tomorrow?
