Suggest Treatment For Cluster Migraine Headaches And Depression After Accident

My daughter got into a car accident in Sept. and has a post concussive concussion and is not better. Doctor put her on Topermax and has increased her dosage and still no signs of healing. She has horrible cluster migraine headaches. She can t concentrate nor focus. She s now falling into a severe depression and I m afraid she will lose her job and not regain her health back. Please if there s anything you can do to help I m desperate, it s breaking my heart to watch my daughter who is only 25 years old go through this. Thank you
