Suggest Treatment For Cluster Of Bumps In Soft Palate Area

Hi i have noticed a cluster of little bumps on my patatoglossal arch, i have spotted these a few months ago and they have not gone away. these are not painfull nor do they affect me in anyway however i did smoke for a few years and am a little concerned...do u have any answers of what this could be
