Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough

I ve had a slight cold with a hacking cough. I am not running fever. I ve taken Allegra-D Allergy & Congestion, as well as Adult Robitussin Cough+Chest Congestion DM. My cold cough seem to be getting better. I ve been experiencing sensitive skin on my chest and slight muscle aches; what do you think is causing these symptoms? I ve taken extra strength acetaminophen, 500 mg caplets, for the sensitive skin and aches every six hours but it doesn t seem to be getting better.
