Suggest Treatment For Cold And Feeling Of Hot Air In Ear

Hi, I have problem with my right ear (actually both) since I was about 1o years and tried diving while swimming. My ears have perforation and water used to come out. Showed to doctors many a times and got antibiotics and it used to get better. But now (I am 39 years) I feel loss of hearing and showed to ENT doctor and got the hearing test done. Doctor said it is not very bad so no need to have any operation etc. Now, for last week I got little cold and cough and am feeling that hot air comes out of my right ear when I blow the ear out. Earlier at least the ear used to pop-open with blowing out but it opens but doen't stay open, rather closes back agian so my hearing has gone very down. I am feeling that I am helpless even though I show to a very good doctor in my area and had all the test done. What should I do?
