Suggest Treatment For Cold And Hoarseness In Voice

hi, I had a small cold about a month ago and my voice just keeps getting worse each day. some days I cant talk for a portion of the day. I'm starting to worry a little because its been so long since I had the cold I thought it was related to that but now I'm just not sure. do you have any idea what the cause of this could be and if I should be concerned.
