Suggest Treatment For Cold, Chest Pain And Yellow Mucus While Coughing

I have had a cold for 4 or 5 days when I woke up this morning I had really bad chest pain and yellow mucus that I cough. I've had a stuffy nose for the last 4 days and I've been taking medicine for cough drops airborne Tylenol Vicks VapoRub and cough syrup I've also been using a humidifier I'm wondering if night hold is turning into something worse like bronchitis or pneumonia I have not had a fever also
