Suggest Treatment For Cold , Cough And Fever

Hello doc.my child is 2 month old and she has high fever,cold and cough.I m giving her augmentin syrup,sinarest and p-125.please tell me that these medicines are ok or not and how much time will it take to completely recover my baby from fever and cough.I also want to know that how much time I can give the p-125 syrup for fever.
