Suggest Treatment For Cold, Sneezing And Difficulty In Breathing

i am suffering with cold last 5 days onwods. first 3 days i have used citrizine tablets but there is no relife, As per doctor suggetion i am using Montair fx tablets and duonose nasal spray. but still full of sneezing some time breating also very difficult for me.full cloting nose. can you suggest good medicine
