Suggest Treatment For Cold, Sore Throat And Cough

I have been suffering from a cold and with a runny nose, cough and sore throat for over a week and I have taken several over the counter medicines and nothing seems to help completely. Do I need to go to urgent care? My throat is getting worse and the other systems have remained the same.
