Suggest Treatment For Cold Sweats And Hot Flashes In Day

I'm 20 years old, 5'2" and about 120 lbs. I don't have an serious medical history. The past 3 or 4 days I've been having cold sweats at night and hot flashes during the day. No new medication but i've been taking Advil for my headaches that started the same time the cold sweats started. I've taken Advil before so I'm sure my symptoms are not from that. I am not taking any birthcontrol and I'm pretty sure i'm too young for menopause haha.
