Suggest Treatment For Cold With Clogged Ear

hi i have a cold with lots of congestion and now my left ear is all clogged up. it has been clogged up for about 3 days now. there is no pain, but it just feels like someone has their finger in my ear all the time. is there any safe way to remedy this?
