Suggest Treatment For Cold With Sniffles, Productive Cough And Sore Throat

I ve had a cold with sniffles, productive cough & sore throat for 3 days now. This morning when I got up I had dark colored urine. I ve urinated 3 times since then & all 3 times the urine is a reddish brown color. Should I be worried? (I ve taken both Mucinex DM & Claritin-D, using Mucinex for the 1st 2 days & switching to Claritin last night)
