Suggest Treatment For Cold,cough,throat Infection And Ear Infection

My son is 7 years old . he has enlargement of adenoids. Frequently he has cold, cough, sore throat , throat infection, ear infection. ENT Specialist has advised for surgery. We do'not want surgery. pls advise suitable treatment for him for this problem.
