Suggest Treatment For Cold,sinus Infection And Burning Sensation In Back

I have had a bad cold..a sinus infection and the doctor said I had a bit of a wheez in my lungs the pill she gave me for me sinus she said would help with the wheez ..but I keep getting a fever and have a burning sensation in my back..would I have pneumonia?
