Suggest Treatment For Collapsed Sac During Pregnancy

My doctor told me that I was have Wat looks like to be my sac collapsing. They couldn t tell me how far I am. What does this mean? Do I have hope for it just being the baby turned a certain direction? My doctor won t even try to hear the heartbeat.
