Suggest Treatment For Complex Cyst In Thyroid

I had sudden appearance of Thyroid Nodule onvernight. I went to the doctor right away (with in 2 days )- After blood test and ultrasound it was discovered that I had complex cyst 5.2 comet line suggesting colloid. The right lobe has very small lass the sub centimeter isoechoic nodules. My thyroid levels came back normal. I wondering should I wait until possibly this 5.2 shrinks back to its normal size. I see the swelling decreasing to go do my biopsy/ FNC?
