Suggest Treatment For Conductive Hearing Loss

i am suffering from temp. conductive hearing loss sincce 2004. diagnosis was doneby ent specialist .he performed audiometry. doctor said me to go minor operation,but i didnt do so..... now my hearing is getting little bit worse......... what should i do... hearing aids are best or surgery. iam 34 year old men with no medical history
