Suggest Treatment For Congestion With Yellow And Blood Phlegm

I ve been congested for about a week now. Today i blew my nose and yellow mucus came out but there was this jelly like substance that had a yellowish clear pigment to it. You could see through it and it looked like tiny blood vessels in it. It had an oval shape to it. When i pushed on it, it didn t smudge like jelly does. It stayed it s form. I ve never had this before. Just curious what it might have been.
