Suggest Treatment For Congestion,body Ache And Intense Stomach Cramps

Just getting over two days of intense stomach cramps, no significant vomiting (because I knew I couldn t keep anything down) and no diarrhea...Started with a chest cough and body aches, and accompanied by congestion...how long will I be contagious? (I wouldn t wish this on my worst enemy.)
