Suggest Treatment For Constant Breathing Problem

Hi . i am a 24 yr old girl. i have been having problem with breathing lately for more than a year now,.. I have observed that i have difficulty in breathing during cold weather. I need to do heavy breathing, i dont feel relieved till i take deep breath but i fall short of it. i have never been diagnosed with asthma or other respiratory problems before. No history of TB. I dont have congested nose either. But I suffer from pharyngitis sometimes which reduces on doses on cetrizine. I really find it very hard to breathe and due to the heavy breathing problem i sometimes get pain in the ribs. using cetrinzine or inhalers also dont provide relief. I have been told that i could be having seasonal allergy. is there a cure for this? i need help as i am not able to concentrate on anything as i feel suffocated all the time.
