Suggest Treatment For Constant Coughing And Breathlessness While Having Bronchiectasis And Fibrosis

My name is Tara , I have Bronchiectasis and Fibrosis mid zone..9 years ago ...a non smoker....my life has changed so much worth nothing coughing all the time day @ night short of breath im 66 have tryed everything nothing seems to help !!! Is there anything new that could help please !! desperate big time im a singer and finding it so hard, thanking you ....Tara.
