Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache After Abortion

my friend had an abortion afew weeks ago and has problems with constant headaches and stomach cramps she cant go on line to ask so I am doing it for her. she went back to the place she had it done and they gave her a pregancey test and told her she was fine and sent her home she said the headaches are extreme and constant like migrains.
