Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache

I am 65 y.o. & have been having constant headaches for approximately 2 months. I have had an eye check up which was normal, have been treated by several chiropractors, all with no help with the headaches. Most recently I had an MRI which revealed ". . .tiny focci of T2 hyperintensity in the subcortical white matter, none greater than 3-4 mm. in size. . . . This could represent early ischemic microvascular disease, howver. Following IV conttast infusion, there is no pathological enhancement. . . ."
Is this something that should be followed up on with a neurologist since my only negative symptom is headaches, which seem to be getting more severe as time goes by.
