Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache

hi im 23 yr old female suffering constant (7weeks) headaches in the whole part of my back right head along with neck pain on the right side also, i have recentley been diagnosed with depression, could these headaches and neck pain been asscoiated? it is a constant dull ache and is driving me crazy, i have been to the chiro, had scenar and taken every drug on the shelf but nothing has helped! my doc thinks its my depression but has had no tests done so im still left wondering!
