Suggest Treatment For Constant High Fever In Child

My great granddaughter is running a high fever with no other symptoms. Started Sunday 12/28 at 104 and has been continuous. Saturday 1/3 taken to hospital with 106. They took chest x-ray, throat swab, urinalysis, and all was clear. She's not dehydrated. Been drinking water with pedialyte
