Suggest Treatment For Constant Itching Sensation In Urethra And Vagina

A few days ago i had symptoms of an early UTI, the symptoms sort of went away so I cancelled my doctor s appt. However, this morning when I woke up the symptoms became a lot worse, I went straight to the pharmacy and got the antibiotics i usually use for UTI s (I had a script left over from the last time a had one) however, this hasn t stopped any of the pain and it has become quite irritating in that there is a constant pain/ mild itching in my urethra and vagina. I m worried because whenever I get a UTI it goes away pretty much an hour after taking the first antibiotic.
