Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In Upper GI Area

I have constant pain in my upper GI area a little to the right of center. I had a colonoscopy and endoscope and all they came up with is H Pylori. I took a course of antibiotics for 14 days which included amoxicillin at 1000mg twice a day and another antibiotic I don't remember the name of but it referred to HIV on the prescription 500mg twice a day. Also a prescription strength drug, generic, for Prilosec. I had a breath test yesterday. The pain is still constant and I worry I may have something more severe than H Pylori, such as a cancer of one of my organs. All I know is I can't continue to live this way. What do you think?
