Suggest Treatment For Constant Runny Nose, Watery Eyes And Dry Coughing

hi I have been sick for the past few days with constant runny nose everytime I sneeze which is alot dry cough and stuffed up so bad cant breathe and also watery eyes been taking meds foe sinuses ibuprofen and allergy med nothing seems to be working don t know what to do
