Suggest Treatment For Constant Tinnitus, Dizziness And Weak Legs

In 2010 I had a panic attack. My first and last but every since I suffer from constant tinnitus, weak legs, dizziness and wooziness and toally weak. All tests and visits to specialists came back negative. I m sure it s anxiety but for the life of me I m not getting any better. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
