my mother who is 72 suffers with constipation, she reckons it is because she takes a lot of tablets for arthritis, her underactive thyroid etc She has lost her appetite and she keeps feeling like she wants to be sick, she says that Lactolose, Milk of Magnesia and Laxatives does not seem to help her.
