Suggest Treatment For Constipation Post Delivering A Baby

Hello, I had deliverd a baby in the month of dec 2014.ie..2 Months back.since 2 months i am facing constipation problem and hence i am continuing with cremaffin plus.Its now 2 months that i am taking taking cremaffin plus.So is it any harm in continuing the medicine if yes then what to do?what is the other option for not having constipation exept the diet,because my diet is already fibrous.Please suggest me.
