Suggest Treatment For Constipation While On Treatment For Brain Aneurysm

I have been constipated for 2 weeks days. I ve had only 2 decent bowel movements since the 16th of January. I had a brain aneurysm and it was treated on the 17th of January. I was prescribed Lisinopril 10 mg twice a day, Plavix once a day for 30 days and Lipitor 80mg once a day at bedtime. Also a low dose aspirin once a day.
