Suggest Treatment For Constipation

i have been constipated for nearly a week because i have been on alot of painkillers since some surgery, im on morphine, codine and tramadol. i know these can cause constipation. its so inpacted i can feel it just inside my bottom when i sit don and its very uncomfortable. what can i try, max strength senna from the pahrmacy does work
