Suggest Treatment For Contact Dermatitis Under The Arms

My doctor told me I have contact dermatitis under my arms. Its red and burns really RY bad. The only thing that somewhat dulls the pain is two icepacks under each arm, but they still hurt. I have a prescription lotion but that burns really bad too. Is there anything else I could do to stop this painful burn? I have to go to school at 8 am today, and I can t just keep the icepacks under my arm... :(
