Suggest Treatment For Contact Dermatitis

I m 49yrs of age and recently by way of biopsy came to show contact dermatitis. some on the face but mostly on the upper body.. in the last week my lips have turned black there small bumps around my lips. What can I do to help this? I do have steroid cream.
