Suggest Treatment For Continued Ringing In Ear With Spine Disc Bulge

i have continues inner ear ringing, and the Dr asked me to take vertin 16
this is in continutation with my spine disc bluge and nerve compression, (C5 and C6)
due to which i have this frequently. and also dizziness.
recently i started with chiropractic. Not sure which is exactly worng and what is the right treatment.

Please assist.
