Suggest Treatment For Coronal Papillae

hello sir, im shani from kerala now im working in uae,i have one problem, i have coronal pappillae(a small pimples on head of my penis) as past 13 years , it was started when i was 15 years old,now im 27year ,and then i visited a docter (skin spc)he told me its normal no treatment is required,but i want know how its remove?have any medicne ?im totally affraid and worrying in this case, it will be affect my feuture life..pls help me.
