Suggest Treatment For Cottage Cheese Like Vaginal Discharge

Ive been having this vaginal discharge for abt a year now,it itchy and looks like cottage cheese.i usaul get this 2 weeks after my menstural periods every month i have tried using the candid vaginal pills and cream but stil nothin...i have seen abt 3 doctors but stil no improvement,they usually give me a few shots but cant remember clearly the name of the medicine.

please help me um a female aged 21 and this is affecting my sexual life ,oh one thing again ive gone for a pap smear and all the said was abnormal growth of yeast in the vagina
