Suggest Treatment For Cough Along With Headaches And Fever

My husband went to see a doctor yesterday at a local walk-in clinic. He has a cough, headache, fever, chills, body aches, shortness of breath, fatigue and wheezing. The doctor told him he had a virus and told him to go home and take Tylenol forain and to control fever. He is worse today and Ibprofen and Tylenol are not bringing down fever or alleviating any pain. What can we do?
