Suggest Treatment For Cough And Congestion

Hi Doc, I got a very bad back pain, phelgm in my chest, feeling weak, get a headache when people are talking.When i get up i end up coughing up thick phelgm. No fever.I get stressed often and find it difficult to think clearly, not able to meditate , thoughts wander.
