Suggest Treatment For Cough And Running Nose

my son has fle and had a temperature for 2 days and severe headache and sickness. Temperature has settled and headache gone but left with cough and runny nose. I ve just noticed that his legs are mottled but rest of body is clear. Is this something to be concerned about?
