Suggest Treatment For Cough And Runny Nose In An Infant

My 10 month old woke yesterday with a running nose and slight cough. I gave her nurofen and put vapour rub on chest and feet before going to bed last night. This morning she has quite a chesty cough and her nose is almost blocked up but no temperature. Now each time she coughs she cries. Any suggestions?
