Suggest Treatment For Cough And Severe Congestion In Child

My child is 7 months old and has got severe congestion accompanied by cough. He has got no fever but he has running nose and blocked chest. We are giving him Tempramine Suspension. Kindly suggest if the medicine is good for him or shall we give him Zatofen.
