Suggest Treatment For Cough And Swollen Lymph Node On Side Of Neck

swollen lymph nodes left side of neck- cervical. fna showed reactive but non atypical. swelling went down some, but after singing this past weekend...back up again and slight cough in lower throat. also, had antibiotics after the fna which was done three months ago. what s up?
