Suggest Treatment For Cough And Throat Pain

Hi. A week ago i was coughing alot and throat hurt slightly and hten one night i threw up. About two days after i stopped coughing. Now, A week after all that, I see some mysterious bumps coming up on my skin, mostly on my leg and arm, and they itch me alot. they are also in clusters of about 4 or 2 and some 1. they get swollen at at times and are very red. I would like to know what it is or if i should go to the doctor.
