Suggest Treatment For Cough, Chest Congestion And Difficulty In Breathing

hello, a month ago i think I had the flu, got over it, but now I have cough, no sinus drainage, but about every 15 to 20 minutes, my lungs will just quickly glog and I have to cough and clear, about 1/3 of clear sputum clears out, the symptom worsen if I begin to carry on a conversation, after about 2 minutes of casual talk, I loose air have to cough and it seems like my airway wants to close off. I am in good physical shape, and i think i can rule out heart conditions. Any thoughts
