Suggest Treatment For Cough In Infant

Hi my daughter is 32 mths n she is cough problem for which doc gave me cofstop n now monticope but it s not working on her we r from UK n here we came for fly visit I Jst need to know wht should I do as I told my doc the medicine is not working my daughter is having cough bcoz of dust n pollution Pls advice
