Suggest Treatment For Cough With Blood

Can any Doc online help me with the condition I'm facing?

I'm a healthy non smoker, but three days ago I coughed bloood while coughing this has been the sae since, the boold goes away duting the day with tinges/ taces of blood but more is observed in the morning. I fee a bit of pain in my back par of the nose but do not get blood stains while I'm sneezing. Please help.
