Suggest Treatment For Cough With Ear Infection And Fever

My daughter is five years old and is sick all the time almost every three months without fail since she was about six months old. She is now in school and for the last three weeks has come home every wednesday with a fever of at least 100.8 with a cough they did find an ear infection but even on the antibiotics she is still feverish and not herself. Is this something more and what should i do for her
